Seller Password Incorrect

My other seller account had its password changed as it is not working anymore. This happened out of nowhere when i tried to login. I also removed cookies & cache to try, but still wasn’t successful.

Even though i have used Forgotten Password numerous times to try to successfully change it. It still does not work and the same error of " Password is Incorrect " keeps popping up even though i changed it.

Any help would be appreciated. I have tried to contact support through ticket and emailing seller performance, but no reply yet
